Overview
We are building a trusted product-led cybersecurity business and are looking for a Sales Executive to grow 360 Secure — our integrated cybersecurity services offering.
This role is designed for a sales professional who understands that cybersecurity is about business risk, trust, and long-term partnerships, not just selling tools. About 360 Secure
360 Secure is a modular and scalable cybersecurity service bundle delivering a complete security lifecycle from Insight → Implementation → Protection → Prevention.
It combines Security Risk Assessments, Network & Security Infrastructure Deployment, Managed Security Services (SOC & NOC) and Cyber Awareness & Training. Customers range from SMEs and enterprises to NGOs and public institutions.
Key Responsibilities.
Sales & Revenue Ownership.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline for cybersecurity services.
- Sell security assessments, security deployments, managed security services, and training services.
- Achieve defined quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Convert one-off engagements into recurring security retainers.
Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling.
- Engage customers to understand business, operational, and regulatory risk.
- Position cybersecurity in business and risk terms, not just technical language.
- Lead discovery sessions with support from security architects.
- Present and propose tailored 360 Secure service bundles.
Opportunity & Account Management.
- Manage opportunities from qualification through contract closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM.
- Support onboarding handover to delivery and SOC/NOC teams.
- Grow accounts through renewals, upsell, and service expansion.
Collaboration.
- Work closely with the Product Business Manager on deal strategy and pricing.
- Coordinate with security architects, engineers, and customer success teams.
- Provide market and customer insights to refine service offerings.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, ICT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B solution sales in any technology solution.
- Experience working with long-cycle or consultative sales processes is an advantage.
- Experience selling IT services, cybersecurity, risk, or technology solutions is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage complex or consultative sales cycles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Cybersecurity technical expertise is not mandatory; strong business selling skills are.
