Odoo Solution Delivery Lead

1. About the Role
ICTPACK SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an Odoo Solution Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of our Odoo solution to customers.
The Odoo Product Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Odoo solution delivered meets the customer’s agreed requirements, is delivered within the approved timeline and budget, and adheres to ICTPACK’s product standards and delivery methodology.
This role works closely with the Pre-Sales team during customer acquisition and partners with ICTPACK’s technical and implementation teams during solution delivery to ensure the solution is implemented in the best possible way to fit the customer’s business needs.
2. Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Alignment- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team during customer acquisition and qualification
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and requirements
- Validate that customer needs align with ICTPACK’s Odoo product capabilities
- Ensure solution scope, timelines, and delivery assumptions are realistic and achievable
- Support product demonstrations and proposal validation from a delivery perspective
Solution Delivery Ownership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of ICTPACK’s Odoo product solution from project kick-off to go-live
- Ensure the delivered solution aligns with the agreed scope, configurations, and exclusions
- Act as the functional owner of the Odoo product throughout delivery
- Work closely with ICTPACK’s technical team to ensure the solution is implemented according to best practices
- Guide configuration and customization decisions to achieve the best functional fit while maintaining product integrity
Scope, Time & Budget Control
- Protect the agreed product scope and prevent uncontrolled changes
- Support project/product managers in delivery planning, effort validation, and change impact analysis
- Review and approve functional changes to ensure alignment with product standards
- Ensure all scope deviations are documented, estimated, and formally approved
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
- Ensure the delivered product solution meets the customer’s business objectives and expectations
- Validate functional readiness at key milestones such as design sign-off, UAT, and go-live
- Act as a trusted product advisor to the customer throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support go-live and stabilization to ensure successful adoption
Product Improvement & Delivery Excellence
- Capture feedback and lessons learned from customer implementations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Odoo product offering
- Maintain product documentation, delivery templates, and best practices
- Support internal training and mentoring related to the Odoo product
3. Required Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, particularly Finance & Accounting
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into scalable, product-based solutions
- Solid understanding of ERP implementation and delivery processes
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and functional teams
- Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance customer expectations with product standardization and delivery efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Required Experience
- 3 - 8 years of ERP functional consulting or solution delivery experience
- Hands-on experience delivering Odoo ERP solutions is highly preferred
- Proven experience working closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Technical teams
- Experience delivering ERP solutions as standardized products rather than fully customized projects
- Experience supporting ERP implementations through go-live and post-go-live stabilization
- Experience with other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) is acceptable with strong functional expertise.
5. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, ICT, Business, or a related field
- Odoo functional certification(s) is an advantage
- ERP or project delivery certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an added advantage
